Angleton Danbury Medical Center is committed to providing quality patient care and a safe environment for our patients. We encourage any individual (patient, family, employee or physician) to share concerns regarding patient care, treatment, services or patient safety. If you have a concern, please let us know immediately so that our management staff can address your issue.

If you have a complaint about patient care and safety in the hospital, that the hospital has not addressed, you should contact the Hospital Administrator at (979) 849-7721. If your concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, you are encouraged to contact the Joint Commission at 1/800-994-6610, or e-mail the complaint to complaint@jointcommission.org.
