We now offer you: A Surgical Care Unit with comprehensive inpatient and outpatient surgery suites and access to five (5) operating rooms. Our dedicated surgeons are recognized as some of the highest trained specialists in the region. From orthopedic surgery to pain management treatments, our staff will be there to take care of you every step of the way. In our newly expanded state of the art Emergency Department, we treat more than 16,000 of our neighbors annually, from minor injuries to major trauma. Equipped to handle emergencies with skill and compassion, our Emergency Department’s team is dedicated to provide patients with quality, comprehensive, medical care to the residents and visitors in southern Brazoria County. Our private patient suites help to make your stay in our facility as comfortable and pleasant as possible. As an in-patient, our private patient suites are carefully designed area with the comfort of the patient and their family members in mind. The spacious design insures that the patient can recuperate and family members can rest, work, and support their loved one in a quiet healing environment. The 14-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Angleton Danbury Medical Center combines state-of-the-art monitoring and diagnostic equipment with the compassion and understanding of a professional nursing staff. The ICU staff understands the anxiety felt by patients and families when critical care is needed. Our physicians and staff recognize and encourage patient’s families to take an active role in the healthcare decisions for their loved ones. The Peklo Women’s Pavilion, our obstetrical and women’s health care unit opened in early 2006. The unit offers private birthing suites with labor, delivery and post partum in the same suite, with the same care giver. Additional women’s services are also provided in the Pavilion. Whether you are here to have a baby or to have an elective procedure, rest assured our physicians and staff will take excellent care of you. Our Diagnostic Imaging Services offers the latest technology from nuclear medicine to MRI/PET/CT and Cardiopulmonary Services. We will provide you with the technology that’s necessary to diagnose your illness. Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy, as well as a full wellness program is available at the Frank W. Stevens Center for Health and Wellness.
